Pick 15 - World Series Loser

TIE BREAKER RULES (different league)
A. Worst "place" (1st, 2nd, etc) finish within respective league
   drafts first.
B. If (A) does not break tie, look at games out first place.  Team 
   farthest out of first drafts first. (**LA and Lou fell into this 
   category for this draft**)
C. If still tied, start looking at win-loss records vs. other teams 
   in league, beginning with first-place team (and working down as 
   necessary). Team with worst team-vs-team record drafts first.
